Nicki Miles has extensive experience in legal contracts and administration, currently serving as the Director of Legal Contracts & Administration at Golden Corral Corporation since November 2017, after previously holding the roles of Manager of Real Estate & Lease Administration and Training Coordinator at the same company. As the Owner of Southern Miles since January 2017, Nicki Miles has also contributed significant expertise in the restaurant industry as a Field Administrator for Platinum Corral since June 2000, where responsibilities included managing internal reporting for 26 restaurant locations and developing an auditing system to ensure compliance with federal guidelines related to employee paperwork and labor laws.
