Bryan Miller

Bryan Miller has a diverse work history in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and consulting. Bryan is currently the Director of Corporate Development at Platinum Dermatology Partners since March 2023. Prior to this, Bryan worked at ATI Physical Therapy for several roles, including Mergers and Acquisitions Director from June 2021 to March 2023. Bryan also held positions such as Mergers and Acquisitions Manager, Associate in Health Services and Growth Strategy, and Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst during their time at ATI Physical Therapy. Before joining ATI, Bryan worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Duff and Phelps from June 2014 to March 2016. Bryan also has experience as a Consultant in the Valuation and Financial Risk Management Group at Navigant from February 2012 to May 2014.

Bryan Miller received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Georgetown University in 2011. Prior to that, they attended the University of Nevada from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued a business-undeclared field of study. Bryan also obtained certifications in Series 63 and Series 79 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2014.
