Lucia Lee, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Lucia is currently a People Manager at Plative since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as an HR Business Partner at Plative from January 2021 to January 2022. Before joining Plative, Lucia worked as an HR Generalist at the same company from June 2019 to December 2020.

Lucia Lee, SHRM-CP, holds a degree in Communications and Economics from New York University. Prior to attending university, Lucia attended Northern Valley Regional High School at Old Tappan. In addition to their educational background, Lucia has obtained various certifications, including being a founding community member of LifeLabs Learning, a Crucial Conversations Certified Trainer from VitalSmarts, and a Pilates Mat Teacher Certification from Core Pilates NYC. Lucia is also a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), obtained in August 2020.
