Amy Lilley

Amy Lilley is an experienced professional in the music industry, currently serving as the Operations & Community Manager at Music Ally since February 2023, where responsibilities include content development and executing marketing campaigns to enhance subscriber growth and artist visibility. Simultaneously, Amy has been with Platoon since January 2019, holding roles as a Production Assistant, Artist Liaison, and Songwriter, focusing on building relationships with artists and coordinating successful product launches. Prior experience includes an A&R Executive position at Decent Music PR, where data analytics were utilized to drive fanbase growth, and founding The Raptor Room, a live music venue dedicated to diversity and inclusivity. Amy's foundational skills in visual content were developed through roles as a Photo Editor at Media Publishing and a Stills Photographer at 38 Pictures. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Music Business at Nottingham Trent University, Amy's educational background also includes a Small Business Administration certificate and an International Baccalaureate.
