Caroline Platt

Caroline Platt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Caroline started their career as an Accounts Technician at Conway & Co (Chartered Accountants) in 1989 and worked there until 1995. Caroline then moved on to N & C Products, where they served as the Owner/Operator from 1995 to 2001. After that, they joined Trade Effluent Services Ltd as the Managing Director from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, Caroline became the Managing Director of Platts Agriculture Limited. Caroline is currently serving as the Director of the Board of Directors at the Federation of Small Businesses.

Caroline Platt obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership - level 7 from Chartered Management Institute (CMI) through the 20Twenty Leadership Programme at Bangor University in 2017. Prior to that, they attended Deeside College from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued studies in AAT. Caroline also attended The Hammond School from 1985 to 1989, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
