Joe Burridge

Joe Burridge currently serves as Head of Talent at Play Ventures since January 2024. Previous experience includes a role as Talent Partner at Space Ape Games (November 2023 - January 2024) and as Lead Recruiter at Epic Games from December 2020 to November 2023, where responsibilities included leading tech and engineering hires across Europe and North America for various high-profile projects. Prior to Epic Games, Joe was a Senior Recruiter at Electronic Arts (EA) from September 2017 to December 2020, focusing on hiring for multiple studios and tech teams in Europe. Joe also contributed to significant growth as a Senior Recruiter at Hudl from May 2015 to September 2017 and began a career in recruitment as a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Data Science & Big Data at Salt from 2012 to 2015. Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Cardiff University, attended Torquay Boys' Grammar School, and has received several accolades throughout a distinguished recruitment career.
