Waleska Giraldo

Waleska Giraldo has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in the fields of quality assurance, project management, and aviation. Currently serving as Cabin Crew at PLAY airlines since April 2023, Waleska previously worked as a Scrum Master at Travelshift and a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at AwareGO. With a strong foundation in quality assurance and team coaching developed during tenures at Icelandair and CCP, Waleska has effectively enhanced team performance and automated testing processes. Additionally, Waleska contributed to the successful organization of JSConf Iceland and held various roles in software testing and application management at Landsbankinn and Studia ehf. Academic qualifications include an Applied Project Management Expert degree, an MSc in International Business, and a BSc in Computer Science, all from Reykjavik University.
