Luciane Gallucci

Luciane (Lu) Gallucci, MBA has a wealth of experience in the business world. Luciane (Lu) started their career in 1995 as a Business Analyst at Método Potencial Engenharia, a Brazilian construction and real estate development company. In 1999, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Consultant. In 2002, they took on the role of Summer Associate at Bain & Company. In 2003, they began their long tenure at United Airlines, where they held various roles, including Effectiveness Manager, Worldwide Customer Contact Center Strategy, Financial Controller, Customer Experience Division, Project Manager, Profitability and Predictive Modeling, Customer Experience, and Sr. Business Analyst, United Services Ground Handling. In 2010, they joined Rexam as Commercial Performance Management, Head of pricing strategy and operations team managing $2B portfolio. In 2013, they took a sabbatical to travel around the world, visiting about 50 countries in six continents. In 2015, they joined Gogo Commercial Aviation as Partnership Manager. Finally, in 2021, they began their current role as Program Director, Americas and Program Director, Brazil at Play2Pay, Inc.

Lu Gallucci earned their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they studied Management & Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Analytical Consulting, and Decision Sciences. Luciane (Lu) also holds a Bachelor of Science - BS in Industrial Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP.
