Mike Grippo is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in project management and sales leadership. Currently serving as Principal at Playbook Management Company since February 2014, Grippo oversees diverse project teams to meet clients' needs. Prior roles include Vice President of Architectural Specialties Division at CBI and Vice President of Sales, where responsibilities encompassed commercial sales team support and strategic business growth across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
