Will Silvester

Will Silvester has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Will is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at PlayCore since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Strategic Projects at PlayCore from May 2019 to August 2022.

Before joining PlayCore, Will Silvester gained experience at various companies. Will served as the Director of Operations, Manufacturing Operations Leader, and Plant Manager at an undisclosed company from January 2019 to April 2019. Before that, they held multiple roles at Apex Tool Group, LLC from 2010 to 2018, including Director of Operations, Director of Project Management, and Director of ABS (Apex Business System).

Will'searlier experience includes roles at Cooper Industries as a Continuous Improvement Manager, Business Unit Manager, Production Manager, Engineering Manager, SAP Implementation Coordinator and Super User, and General Supervisor. Will also completed an Engineer: Operations Leadership Program at Cooper Industries from 1993 to 1996.

From 1988 to 1993, Will Silvester attended Penn State University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
