Shane Marcheson

Shane Marcheson is currently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Player Design, Inc., where he spearheads growth initiatives in the renewable energy and biomass industries. Prior to his current role, Marcheson founded Marcheson Consulting, empowering businesses to unlock growth potential. He also served as the Vice President of Growth at Via Separations, driving customer acquisition and retention strategies. With a background in sales leadership and key account management, Marcheson has experience working with companies such as Materion Corporation, Harper International Corporation, and Southern Heat Exchanger. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University at Buffalo School of Management and has completed an Executive Program in Strategic Sales Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
