Michael Sears

Michael Sears has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michael started their career in the United States Air Force as a Shift Supervisor, where they provided high-frequency and satellite communications to the President of the United States, focused on computer security and staff training.

After leaving the Air Force, Sears worked as a Financial Consultant at SELINSGROVE FORD, where they were responsible for structuring and analyzing potential deals, obtaining credit approval, and selling extended service contracts and credit insurance.

Michael then transitioned to the US Smokeless Tobacco Company, where they worked as a Sales Representative, responsible for product sales and services in central Pennsylvania. Michael collaborated with divisional territory representatives to develop strategic plans and maximize sales.

Sears then joined Altadis USA as a Territory Manager, overseeing product growth and sales in central Pennsylvania. Michael maintained direct contact with assigned accounts, built customer relationships, and actively pursued new leads and referrals to increase profits.

After Altadis USA, Sears worked at Commonwealth-Altadis, Inc, first as an Area Sales Manager, managing a sales team and providing leadership towards profitability and growth. Michael then became an Account Manager, overseeing the work of direct-buying wholesalers and chain accounts in Pennsylvania, building partnerships, gaining distribution on new products, and optimizing promotional displays and programs.

Most recently, Sears worked at PlayPower, Inc as a National Account Sales professional, engaging with external customers and driving sales activities and orders. Michael researched and targeted customers, established sales objectives, and implemented a direct engagement sales strategy to secure customer orders.

Throughout their career, Sears has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and communication skills, consistently delivering results and driving business growth.

Michael Sears attended Keesler Air Force Base from an unspecified start date to 1986, where they focused on Communications Systems. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Playground Safety Inspector from the National Recreation and Park Association in October 2016.
