Rodney Holland has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rodney started their career as an Engineer Technician at McAfee Henderson Solutions, where they designed road and sewer projects. Rodney then worked as a Builder at Hanna Construction before transitioning to become an Engineering Technician at Olsson Associates.
Rodney then pursued a career in education, working at ITT Technical Institute as an Instructor, where they developed and implemented curriculum for drafting and design students. Rodney later became the Chair of the School of Drafting & Design/ School of Business, where they managed program staff and provided coaching and feedback to instructional staff.
After their time in education, Rodney joined Seiler Design Solutions as an Application Engineer, where they provided CAD management and consulting services, including software installations. Currently, Rodney works at PlayPower, Inc. Rodney started as a Supervisor of CAD Design North America, managing design departments and software for commercial product lines. Rodney then advanced to the role of Sr. Manager of Design & Proposal, overseeing design, proposals, and software for multiple North American playground companies.

Rodney Holland has a strong educational background in the field of Industrial Management. Rodney obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Management from the University of Central Missouri from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they also completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Design Technology from the same institution, spanning from 1998 to 2003.
In addition to their degrees, Rodney also possesses various certifications that further enhance their professional qualifications.
