Valeriia Babchuk

Valeriia Babchuk is a Product Owner and Technical Support Stream Leader at Playson, where Valeriia is responsible for developing and improving technical support for partners. Previously, Valeriia worked as a Technical Support Specialist at the same company, where Valeriia utilized customer feedback to drive revenue and improve processes. Prior to Playson, Valeriia was a Technical Support Engineer at EPOM. Valeriia holds a Bachelor's degree in Programming from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
