Malvica Sinha

Malvica Sinha has been working in the field of talent acquisition for the past 6 years. Malvica started their career as a management intern at Ford Motor Company where they worked on employee upskilling and collected 360-degree feedback. Based on their performance, they were offered a full-time position as a recruitment partner. Malvica then moved to PlaytestCloud, where they are currently working as a talent acquisition manager.

Malvica Sinha has a Master of Business Administration from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, a Master of Arts in Malvica'story from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Patna Women's College.
