Before joining Playtika, they worked at Logia Group Ltd. as a General Counsel, where they managed high-tech and communications legal matters and provided services to media brands and mobile operators globally.
Prior to Logia Group, they worked at Herzog, Fox, Neeman & Co. Law firm as an External Legal Consultant and Associate, specializing in EU legislation, online gambling, and social iGaming.
Additionally, they gained experience working at the European Commission as part of the External Relations Office.
Earlier in their career, they served as a Legal Intern at Yaacov Salomon, Lipscutz & Co. Law firm.
Adv. Ronit Bernstein-Avrahams obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law & Economics from the University of Haifa in 2004. In 2006, they completed a Master in Law (LLM) with distinction in International and European Law through the PILC program at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Adv. Ronit furthered their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management from The College of Management Academic Studies between 2008 and 2010. Additionally, they pursued various professional courses, including a Senior Company Secretary course at BDO Academy in 2020, an IAPP\E course in Privacy Professional from the International Association of Privacy Professional in 2019, and a Financial Reports course at ACC Israel in 2018.
