Haya Shoval

Haya Shoval has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. Haya started their career at adam-milo, where they worked as an Examiner from an unknown date in 2007 to 2009. Haya then transitioned to the role of Professional Assessor at their Partner recruitment center, where they worked until July 2011. In 2011, they joined 013 Netvision as a Staffing Recruiter for a brief period. In 2012, they joined Playtika as a Recruiting Manager until December 2014. Haya then moved on to become an HR Business Partner at Playtika from January 2015 till February 2018. Following that, they served as the Head of HR from March 2018 to May 2022. Currently, they hold the position of VP HR Operations which they started in January 2022.

Haya Shoval completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology Anthropology at Tel Aviv University from 2004 to 2007. Haya went on to pursue a Master's degree in Management- Organizational Behavior at the same university from 2009 to 2011.
