Hila Barak

Hila Barak has a diverse and extensive work experience. Hila started their career in 2010 at Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Recruitment Diagnostician. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at SOHO as an HR Business Partner, where they managed employee welfare and conducted recruitment processes for various positions. Then, from 2015 to 2017, they joined Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for technical recruiting, internal mobility programs, and interview workshops. In 2017, Hila joined Microsoft as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where they led the diversity recruitment program and managed talent sourcers and coordinators. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at WeWork as a Senior Talent Acquisition professional, focusing on employer branding, referral programs, and full-life-cycle interview processes. Currently, Hila is working at Playtika, where they have held the roles of Technical Recruiter, Sourcing Team Leader, and currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead.

Hila Barak completed their Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo from 2008 to 2011. Hila later pursued a Master's Degree in Conflict Management and Mediation at Tel Aviv University from 2015 to 2017.
