Laura Peña

Laura Peña started their work experience in 2015 as an Auxiliar at Avianca, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, they joined KG GROUP S.A.S as an Asistente administrativo ejecutivo, where they worked until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Laura worked as a Negotiator at Fast Track Debt Relief, Inc. Currently, they are working at Playvox as a Sales Development Representative, responsible for quality control for sales leads.

Laura Peña is currently studying at Fundación Universitaria Internacional de La Rioja - UNIR, where they are pursuing a degree in International Business with a focus on International Relations and Foreign Affairs. Laura started their studies in 2020 and is expected to graduate in 2024.

In addition to their degree program, Laura has obtained several certifications. Laura completed the "Outbound Prospecting" and "Cold Calling Masterclass" courses at Sales Impact Academy in December 2022 and October 2022, respectively. Laura also has certifications in "Pedagogía para Profesionales no Licenciados" from Politécnico de Colombia and in "Proyectos turísticos con énfasis en marketing digital" from Politécnico Nacional Manizales, although the exact dates of completion for these certifications are not provided.
