Nelson Santos

Nelson Santos has work experience in the technical support field. In 2016, they joined Webhelp as a Lead Technical Support Engineer and later became a Technical Team Lead in May 2019. Nelson stayed with Webhelp until August 2021. In 2021, Nelson Santos joined Playvox as a Technical Support Engineer.

Nelson Santos attended the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto from 2004 to 2008, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Nelson then pursued a Licentiate degree in Direito (Law) at Universidade Portucalense (UPT) from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, they also briefly studied Rechtwissenschaft (Law) at Universität Osnabrück.
