Zhanhua Shi (Cooper)

Cooper Shi's work experience includes serving as an Assistant Project Director at Plaza Construction since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CCA CIVIL, INC. as an Assistant President from February 2022 onwards and as a Cost Manager from June 2013 to February 2022. Cooper also worked as a Cost & Control Manager at CCA Civil-LIRR 3RD TRACK MEGA PROJECT from June 2018 to September 2022. Before that, they held roles such as an Estimator at China Construction America, Inc. from July 2012 to June 2013, a Cost Engineer at CCA Civil-Halmar International, LLC from July 2010 to July 2012, and a Field Engineer/Coordinator at China Construction America of South Carolina from December 2006 to June 2009.

Zhanhua (Cooper) Shi pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management from 2002 to 2006 at the Harbin Institute of Technology.
