Shannon Poynter

Shannon Poynter has over 17 years of experience in benefits management and administration. Currently serving as the Benefits & Leaves Manager at Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc. since October 2006, Shannon oversees compliance for a comprehensive range of benefits programs for over 500 employees and manages all leave of absences in accordance with FMLA, ADA, and state laws. Prior to this role, Shannon held positions at Security Mortgage as AVP, Administration, and Corporate Office Manager, as well as serving as a Receptionist. Earlier experience includes working as an Administrative Coordinator at Wax Research from March 2004 to February 2006.
