Vacant is currently the Head of HR - North Asia at Plaza Premium Group.

Prior to this, they were with Choice Hotels International, Marriott Hotels, and Cafe Coffee Day. At Cafe Coffee Day, they served as an assistant manager from May 2013 to October 2013. Prior to that, they were with Domino's Pizza from April 2012 to April 2013 as an associate manager.

Vacant completed a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from A E S sr. sec school.
