Muhammad Faheem Qamar has over 16 years of professional experience in a variety of roles. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Consultant Development for Systems Limited. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Plego Technologies. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Leopards Courier Services (Pvt) Ltd., where they were responsible for in-house development of Financial, HR & Payroll, warehouse, billing and operation applications. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Software Engineer at Riaz Ahmad, Saqib, Gohar & Co. From 2012 to 2013, they were an Analyst Programmer at Centegy Technologies, where they were responsible for System/Software Development and worked on projects for Sales and Distribution implemented in Shan Foods, Unilever (Pakistan, South Africa, and Kenya), M&P, Reckitt Benckiser, Colgate Palmolive, etc. From 2010 to 2012, they were an IT Specialist at MedGulf Insurance, where they supervised the IT department, diagnosed, troubleshot, installed and fixed hardware/software problems, and evaluated and installed computer hardware, networking software and operating system software. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Lakson Group Support Engineer at Cyber Internet Services, where they created, deleted and edited user IDs as per request from related IT teams and provided assistance of general network problems to group IT. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Web Administrator/Webmaster at Hamdard University of Engineering & Technology, where they fulfilled the roles of web developer and webmaster, maintained the university CMS system based on PHP/MySQL, and managed the university web servers, PHP/MySQL based website and applications.

Muhammad Faheem Qamar has an extensive educational background. Muhammad Faheem attended Anglo Oriental School from 1989 to 1999, where they obtained an HSC in Science. Muhammad Faheem then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Science and Technology from Preston Institute of Management, Science and Technolgy from 2004 to 2008. Most recently, they obtained an MS in Software Project Management from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences in 2020. Muhammad Faheem has also obtained a variety of certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Specialist, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate MCSA, Microsoft Certified Professional MCP, MCSD, Exam 480: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3, Exam 486: Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications, and MCSA: Web Applications - Certified 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Druid Chat Bot Training certification from the Druid Chatbot Platform in 2021.
