George Nefdt

George Nefdt has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer for Plennegy Group since September 2013. Nefdt also holds the position of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Leader for Du Pont, focusing on talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational vibrancy since 2014. Additionally, Nefdt has been with PANNAR SEED since 1994, contributing as Manager of Organizational Development, where responsibilities include talent acquisition, learning and development, and strategic management. Nefdt’s previous roles include Group HR Manager at Plennegy and HR Business Partner & Integration Specialist for DuPont Pioneer & Pannar in Africa. Nefdt's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of South Africa, a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Johannesburg, and a Higher Education Degree in Agriculture and Education from the University of Stellenbosch.
