Dzmitry Sliaptsou

Dzmitry Sliaptsou is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in leading development teams and implementing innovative solutions. As a Senior Software Engineer Squad Lead at Plentific since November 2022, Dzmitry is responsible for overseeing the entire feature lifecycle, from requirement gathering to implementation and release. Prior to this role, Dzmitry contributed to Lyte as a Software Engineer, where the monolithic Django app was transitioned to microservices, and a new authentication system was integrated. At EVO, Dzmitry enhanced the Merchant platform, which led to increased order quantities through improved delivery flexibility and the integration of new payment providers. Dzmitry's career began at Neurosoft, where essential contributions were made to various projects, including a web platform for OCR and text analysis. Dzmitry holds a Bachelor's degree from the Belarusian National Technical University, completed in 2015.
