Kurt Renzo Acosta

Kurt Renzo Acosta has worked in various roles in the tech industry since 2016. In 2016, they worked as an Android Developer for Incite.Asia. In 2017, they worked as a Data Management Intern for Texas Instruments and a Research & Development Engineer for Mobile Apps for STORM Technologies PH. In 2018, they became the Chief Technology Officer for Incite.Asia, where they handled Android development and backend development with the help of Firebase. In 2019, they worked as an Android Engineer for White Cloak Technologies, Inc., where they pushed Kotlin Multiplatform in the company by applying it in two projects and worked with mobile developers. Currently, they are the Director of Mobile Engineering and Senior Software Engineer for Plentina, where they are responsible for developing the company's native Android app using Kotlin Multiplatform and their backend using Firebase, as well as building an internal web tool using Angular for their customer service and operations team.

Kurt Renzo Acosta obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Baguio between 2013 and 2017. Kurt Renzo also received a PhilNITS Certified Fundamental Information Technology Engineer (FE) certification from the Philippine National I.T. Standards (PhilNITS) Foundation, Inc. in November 2016.
