Francisco Perez

Francisco Perez has a strong background in the financial services industry, particularly in the field of prepaid cards and electronic payments. Francisco started their career as a Coordinador de Ventas at Efectivale in 1995 and later became a Jefe de Medios de Pago at Walmart in 2002.

In 2005, Perez joined Ecovale as the Director Regional de Ventas, where they successfully marketed prepaid cards for various purposes, including Despensa, Gasolina, Uniforme, and Alimentos. Under their leadership, the company grew from zero revenue to serving over 7,000 active companies with more than a million cardholders by 2013.

Moving forward, Perez joined Toka Mexico in 2013 as the Director Comercial, where they focused on promoting and selling prepaid cards for Despensa, Combustible, Uniforme, Viaticos, Programas Sociales, and Alimentos. Francisco achieved remarkable success, capturing the interest of more than 3,500 companies and approximately one million cardholders.

In 2016, Perez became the Director General at Megavale Card, leading the commercialization of prepaid cards for various purposes, including Despensa, Combustible, Uniforme, Viaticos, Programas Sociales, and Alimentación. Despite starting from scratch with no clients, they managed to attract over 500 companies with more than 500,000 cardholders during their tenure.

From 2018 to 2021, Perez served as the Director General at OMNIGAS, where they oversaw the development of a platform processing Debito, Credito, and Prepago cards, as well as various solutions for transportation and gas stations. Francisco also led the installation of workshops for converting vehicles to natural gas and LP.

Most recently, in 2021, Perez joined Plerk as the Head of New Business and Affiliation, where they focus on strategic business alliances and acquisitions in the fintech industry. Francisco also oversees Bin Sponsorship services.
