Marc López

Marc López is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support engineering, having served at Plesk since November 2016 in various roles, including Senior Support Engineer. Responsibilities include assisting customers with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Plesk products, troubleshooting server issues, and maintaining high-level customer relationships. Prior to Plesk, Marc held positions at Accenture / PC Tech Assistance - Almirall as IT Coordinator and On-Site IT Support, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating technical teams, incident management, and providing assistance to VIP users. With earlier roles at INSA, Softytec S.L.L., and PC Box, experience spans remote assistance, system monitoring, and hardware/software troubleshooting. Marc holds two degrees in computer systems and information technology from IES Doctor Fleming and IES Monte Naranco.
