Eva Wittrup Sodemann

Eva Wittrup Sodemann is an Advokat at Plesner, specializing in intellectual property and marketing law since August 2021. Prior to this role, Eva served as Advokatfuldmægtig at Plesner and worked as a Legal Counsel in a part-time secondment to BAT Nordic LEX from April 2023 to October 2023. Eva’s earlier experience includes serving as a Fuldmægtig in the Ministry of Justice's Department, focusing on state and human rights, and as an anklagerfuldmægtig with Copenhagen Police. Eva holds a Master's degree in Law from The University of Western Australia and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Law from Aarhus University.
