Jeppe Brinck-Jensen

Jeppe Brinck-Jensen advises primarily on disputes about patents, trademarks (parallel imports) and trade secrets. In addition, he has experience with license agreements, technology transfer agreements and research and development agreements.

Jeppe has brought cases before the Maritime and Commercial Court, the national courts and the Supreme Court and for various arbitration courts. He is a member of the Supreme Court.

He has particular experience in advising research companies, including especially the pharmaceutical, cleantech and food industries.
