Kirsti Astrid Borch Sørensen

Kirsti Astrid Borch Sørensen is a seasoned Communications and Human Resources Consultant currently employed at Plesner since July 2020. Prior to this role, Kirsti served as a Talent Attraction Partner at 3Shape from October 2017 to June 2020, where key responsibilities included overseeing employer branding strategies and managing the culture team, including the development of corporate values and a global applicant tracking system. Additionally, Kirsti has experience from previous positions at ATP as a Communications Consultant, Nordea-fonden as a Student Worker, and Berlingske Media as an Editorial Assistant, among others. Kirsti holds a Master's degree in Communications from Roskilde University and supplementary studies in language psychology and conversation analysis from the University of Copenhagen.
