Mathias Heldgaard Nielsen

Mathias Heldgaard Harbel is an experienced Attorney-at-Law currently employed at Plesner since November 2020, specializing in corporate law with a focus on transactions and corporate restructuring, both nationally and internationally. Previously, Mathias served as an Assistant Attorney at Plesner, advising on commercial contracts and business transfers, and at Horten, focusing on corporate M&A for Danish and international clients. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Copenhagen, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. In addition to legal practice, Mathias has been involved in voluntary work with ELSA Copenhagen, serving as a Director and a mentor.
