Mikkel Vittrup

Mikkel Vittrup is a partner in our team for IP law and Life Science. advises in the field of intellectual property, with special focus on the enforcement of intellectual property (patents, trademarks and design rights, etc.) in litigation, including temporary bans and proof of evidence.

Mikkel is responsible for our regulatory group in the Life Science area, and he advises a large number of companies on all regulatory matters regarding medicines, medical devices, foods, supplements, etc., including filing cases with public authorities.

Mikkel also advises on the conclusion of agreements within the IP and Life Science area, such as licensing agreements, research and development agreements, clinical trial agreements, material transfer agreements etc.
