Peter Schradieck

Peter Schradieck is the leader of Plesner's Dispute Resolution team. His focus is solely on preparing and negotiating major litigation and arbitration cases, primarily in the areas of management responsibility, banking and finance, post M&A, IP and marketing law, and contracted. He also organizes and conducts major legal investigations.

Peter has extensive experience in leading more than 150 litigation and arbitration cases and has participated in negotiations on some of the largest litigation and arbitration cases in Denmark.

Peter leads cases in both the ordinary courts, including prohibition cases for the bailiffs, as well as arbitration cases for the Danish Arbitration Institute, the Arbitration Board for Construction, and for international arbitration institutions such as ICC, LCIA and SCC. In addition, Peter has taken the Certified Arbitration Judge Training and serves on an ongoing basis as an Arbitrator.

Peter has previously worked with IP Law and Life Science for six years.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, Peter has taken a master's degree in strategy, economics and management from Copenhagen Business School and is also co-author of the commented money laundering law 2020.
