Tina Kang

Tina Kang is a partner in our Corporate Finance team and advises on major Danish and international corporate transactions.

Tina has extensive experience in large and medium-sized business transactions and advises both buyers and sellers, including extensive experience in structured sales processes. She advises on investment funds, mergers and joint ventures.

Tina has been involved in a number of international transactions across several jurisdictions and has provided advice in connection with some of the largest private M&A transactions in Denmark.
