Charity McCoy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Charity began their career in 1996 as a Sales Coordinator at Federal-Mogul Powertrain, where they handled inside sales responsibilities for over 500 customers. In 1999, they moved to Isuzu as a Purchasing Production Administrator, where they processed and tracked engineering changes and drawings, controlled distribution of production volumes and schedules, and managed part information.

McCoy joined Ford Motor Company in 1999 and held various roles such as Program Change Analyst, Inventory Control Analyst, and Manufacturing Planning Specialist. In these roles, they communicated production plans, tracked shortages, maintained cycle count programs, and coordinated changes with engineering and quality control.

From 2000 to 2006, McCoy worked at Visteon, initially as a Senior Production Scheduler in the Paint department, where they scheduled the paint system for multiple assembly plants and coordinated with other departments.
