At Plex, Jonathan served as the Vice President of Professional Services, overseeing the global Professional Services organization and ensuring customer success in all engagements. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Professional Services, responsible for global delivery and project management. Jonathan also worked as a Materials Manager at Metaldyne Forging Operations, overseeing purchasing, logistics, and scheduling functions. Their career started as an Industrial Engineer at MascoTech Forming Technologies.
