Ronda Penn

Ronda is the Chief Financial Officer of Plexus Capital and focuses on the firm’s accounting, financial management, and tax matters. Ronda has 17 years of experience in public accounting with Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP where she served as an audit partner with a primary focus on private equity funds. In addition to providing financial statement audit services, Ronda also has experience providing on-going business advisory and consulting services including acquisition accounting, due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and other specialized projects. Ronda’s specialized knowledge with private equity funds includes regulatory reporting and investment accounting related to Small Business Investment Companies.

Ronda is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she earned a Master of Science in Accounting.
