Srini Raghavan currently holds the position of Vice President of Global Sourcing for Semiconductors at Plexus Corp. Previously, Srini served as the Vice President of Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics at Diodes Incorporated, focusing on supply chain transformation, third-party logistics, and strategic sourcing. Prior roles also include Director of Global Supply Chain and Supply Chain Planning Manager, as well as Supplier Manager and Process Engineering Team Leader at Texas Instruments. Srini obtained an MBA with a focus on Marketing and Strategy from the SMU Cox School of Business and holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
