Ariel Stephens

Ariel Stephens-Ladd, MBA, serves as the Associate Director of Business Operations at Pliancy, where the focus is on creating custom technology solutions for Capital Management and Life Science companies. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Business Operations Manager at VetnCare, where responsibilities encompassed managing hospital acquisitions and implementing inventory management systems, and numerous positions at the San Francisco SPCA, where Ariel significantly increased revenue and client engagement through strategic leadership in animal behavior programs. Earlier roles include Operations and Finance Manager at Bay Planning Coalition and various positions at Central Maui Animal Clinic and the ASPCA. Ariel holds an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
