John Masland

John Masland is the current manager of growth at Pliancy. John has previous experience working as an associate researcher at the Schepens Eye Research Institute from September 2019 to August 2020. Their work there focused on stem cells and growing retinal organoids to be used in translational science research in order to address and discover better treatments for retinal ganglion cell diseases such as glaucoma and optic neuropathy. John also has experience working as a business development manager at SNIFE CO from January 2017 to August 2017, where they were responsible for business development outreach to biotech incubators and other biotech service providers around the Boston/Cambridge area.
