Carlos Custódio

Carlos Custódio has worked at two companies in their professional career. Carlos began their career at F&K Group Tecnologia Em Sistemas Automotivos, where they worked as an Estagiário de Engenharia de Qualidade from February 2019 to February 2021. In 2021, they joined Ploomes as an Analista Técnico de Vendas from February 2021 to June 2022. Carlos then transitioned to the role of Head de Vendas Técnicas in January 2022, where their responsibilities include technical validation of CRM/BPM solutions, conducting technical scope discovery meetings, evaluating sales processes and identifying pain points and objectives for continuous improvement. Carlos also handles training, activity monitoring, and strategic planning for the sales department.

Carlos Custódio pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in Production Engineering, from 2017 to 2023 at the Federal University of Technology - Parana.
