Sofie Dreesen

Sofie Dreesen is a healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing, particularly in emergency and intensive care settings. Currently serving as Coördinator School Geneeskundige Hulp at PLOT since April 2022, Sofie previously worked as a Verpleegkundige spoedgevallendienst at Mariaziekenhuis from December 2018 to April 2022. Prior to that, Sofie gained valuable experience as a Verpleegkundige intensieve D - brandwonden at UZ Leuven from July 2013 to November 2018, as well as during earlier roles at UZ Leuven and MZNL. Sofie holds a Master of Science in Nursing and Midwifery from KU Leuven, along with further qualifications in intensive care and emergency care from Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven and a Bachelor in Nursing from Hogeschool PXL.
