Asim Mirza has worked in a variety of roles across several companies. In 2022, they began their role as Director of Operations at PlotBox. From 2017-2022, they were the Director of Client Affairs at Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) Authority, where they were responsible for creating a branded client affairs value proposition and developing a communications strategy to drive engagement and promotion. From 2012-2017, they held the roles of Director of Customer Experience & Operations and Head of Commercial Operations at Vodafone. From 2008-2012, they were the Senior Operations Manager at Vodafone Qatar and Middle East. From 2004-2008, they were the Senior Operations Manager, Process Lead, Performance & Prioritisation, and 6 Sigma Blackbelt at Vodafone Qatar. Finally, from 2004-2008, they were the Customer Experience Manager at Singlepoint.
Asim Mirza has a diverse educational background. In 2017, they completed a Leadership in Digital Transformation & Innovation degree from INSEAD, with a focus on Digital and Change. From 2002 to 2005, they obtained an MBA from The University of Manchester, specializing in Business & Finance. Additionally, they have two certifications: a NLP Business Practitioner obtained in 2003, and a Leadership in Digital Innovation and Transformation from INSEAD Executive Education. Prior to this, they obtained a Political Science degree from Staffordshire University between 1994 and 1997, with a focus on International Relations and Affairs.
