Anthony Caruso

Anthony Caruso has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as an IT Support Technician Level 3 at Plote Construction Inc. since April 2015. In this role, Anthony oversees various systems including Windows 10/11, Windows Server environments, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Crowdstrike Security, among others. Prior to this, Anthony progressed through IT support levels and worked as an IT Specialist and Customer Service Representative at Fenwal, Inc. Additionally, Anthony has held leadership roles in retail management at companies such as RadioShack and T-Mobile, and possesses a background in customer service and sales support. Education was pursued at the College of DuPage from 2005 to 2006.
