Donna Williams

Donna Williams currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Plotlogic, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Donna was Chief People Officer at IR from December 2022 to July 2024 and Head of Organisational and Capability Development at Santos Ltd from January 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities included developing strategic plans for talent management, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Donna also held the position of Executive General Manager of Human Resources at RPMGlobal from October 2012 to January 2021, overseeing HR, business support, and workplace health and safety functions, and served as Vice President of People and Workplace at Airbus Helicopters from August 2008 to September 2012, contributing to the global HR strategy. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles at Ausenco and Honeywell Aerospace. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Executive MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management from the Queensland University of Technology.
