Dicky Larson

Dicky Larson has a diverse range of experience in the field of design. Dicky started their professional career at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, where they worked as a Project Intern for two months in 2018. Dicky then went on to work part-time as a Graphic Designer at PT. Fumida Pestindo Jaya from December 2018 to July 2019.

In 2019, Dicky joined Ruangguru as a UI/UX Designer Intern. During their time there, they focused on translating business and user problems into design solutions, collaborating with the research team to validate designs.

From 2020 to 2022, Dicky worked at Alodokter as a Product Designer, specifically in the UI & UX Chat and Insurance squad. Dicky was responsible for understanding user pain points, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, and ensuring the successful delivery of features and products. Dicky worked on various projects, including revamping the Insurance Member Only homepage and onboarding process and improving the insurance payment system.

Currently, Dicky is a Product Designer at Pluang, where they joined in 2022. Dicky is responsible for UI & UX in the App Platform squad, conducting research to understand user needs and wants. Dicky also contributes to building and defining a new Pluang Design System to ensure consistency in design across the organization.

Dicky Larson attended Universitas Bakrie from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems.
