Yoga S Islam

Yoga S. Islam has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2011, Yoga started as a Student Intern at BPSDM Hukum dan Ham. In 2017, they had an internship at the General Election Commissions of DKI Jakarta.

From 2018 to 2020, Yoga worked at PT Tokopedia, starting as a Social Media Engagement Officer and then took on roles in Live Monitoring QA Social Media Engagement, Business Operations - New Retail Social Media, and Quality Assurance and Analytic Specialist.

In 2020, Yoga worked as a Freelance Writer for Medium and as a UX Designer at Binar Academy.

In 2020, Yoga joined Manajemen Pelaksana Program Kartu Prakerja as a Quality Assurance Specialist.

Currently, Yoga is working at Pluang as a Customer Experience - QA Analyst, responsible for building the CEx team and Pluang Help Page. They oversee agent performance, review and assess daily reports, conduct coaching sessions, and create learning points for improvement.

Overall, Yoga S. Islam has gained experience in quality assurance, customer experience, social media engagement, writing, and UX design throughout their professional journey.

Yoga S. Islam received their Bachelor of Political Science degree with a specialization in International Relation and Affairs - International Security Studies from the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Yoga attended the university from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, they acquired additional certifications in UI/UX Research & Design from Binar Academy in January 2021 and in SEO 101: Cara Membuat Website Eksis di Halaman Depan Google from Skill Academy by Ruangguru in August 2020.
