Candela Fitzgerald

Candela Fitzgerald is the current Global Head of HR at Plug and Play. Prior to this, they were the HR Manager for EMEA at Plug and Play Tech Center from March 2018 to January 2022. Candela has also worked as the Adjunta Direccion de Recursos Humanos & HR Plug and Play Europe at Aquaservice - Viva Aqua Service Spain S.A. from March 2018 to January 2019. Candela's experience also includes working as a Human Resources Business Partner at BBVA from July 2014 to March 2018, where they were responsible for managing all HR processes, assisting with the implementation of group policies, attending the weekly HR committee, and liaising with the recruitment department on the best way to source candidates and interviewing of candidates. Candela has also worked as an HR Business Partner at Produban, Banco Santander from January 2013 to July 2014, where they were responsible for HRBP for the areas of service, Comms, Systems, LCO, Finance.

Candela Fitzgerald has a Master's in Human Resources, a degree in Compensation and Benefits from Centro Formacion Garrigues, a Licentiate degree in Accounting and Finance from KEDGE Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Valencia. Candela also has a Bachelor's degree from Licee Francais de Valencia and Licee Francais Charles de Gaule (London).
